Pauline was always very aware of the costs involved and did her best to limit costs even when this was difficult due to the lack of response from the other side. I believe Pauline went above and beyond in her attempts to get fast, efficient, and fair resolution and this was often hampered by the lack of experience and knowledge by the other side.
