From day one I felt at ease dealing with Karen. She is extremely knowledgeable, has clearly dealt with some tricky cases in the past and was a perfect filter for the unreasonable demands and outrageous claims that were incoming from the other side. She explains the law and all the details and options in the case very well at every stage of the process which never made me feel I didn’t know what was going on and that I was always in control of the next steps. I always felt that Karen was firmly on my side, listening to my viewpoint and what I wanted to happen.
